A word about contacting us for legal advice:
We welcome your phone calls to find out more information about our uncontested dissolution proceeding, but we do not give out legal advice over the phone. Nor can we place ourselves in the position of representing you over your spouse.

In an uncontested proceeding, you have agreed to all the terms. If you have things which your spouse has not agreed to, then an uncontested proceeding is not for you.

Jay S. Jump does not represent spouse's in contested proceedings. Nor can we provide you with any legal advice where we are not engaged to represent you.

We've tried to put a lot of information on our website about dissolution in Washington State so you could have your questions answered in detail. However, we do not offer case specific advice.

If you have questions about the uncontested dissolution process, we encourage you to register here on the website and receive the email with our pdf package that will explain in common sense terms, how to end your marriage and divide up the assets, debt's and determine visitation and child support. Once you have filled out our worksheets, you can return to the website and fill in the online questions.

Only at the point where you ask us to prepare your dissolution petition do we require you to pay any money for our services. Until that point, there is no financial obligation on your part.

We've also created a page called "FAQ's" that you can refer to. We think it will answer most of the questions you will have about uncontested dissolution in the State of Washington.

So with that in mind, please feel free to fill out the form below. Email is the preferred method for getting in touch with us. You will receive a response much more promptly.
