Fill out the forms with your spouse and then log back into our system to submit your information online.
Pay the appropriate fee via our paypal online account. Payments may be made by visa, mastercard, online check, or your own speciifc paypal account.
With your payment received, we will process your information and prepare a complete set of dissolution papers including everything from the original petition to the final decree order. We will email you the forms and you will sign where necessary. Don't worry, we will supply instructions.
Enclose the signed documents along with your money order for the court filing fee and return them to us. We will file your case with the Court Clerk immediately to get the ninety day clock running.
On or about the 91st day, we will send the Court the final orders to dissolve your marriage and approve the parenting plan and any other orders necessary.
When the Court returns the orders to us, we will scan them and send them on to you via email. We will also mail you the originals via the US Mail system.
The moment the Court signs the orders, the dissolution is considered to be effective. When you receive your order from the Court, your marriage is over and you are free to move on with your life.
When you submit your information online to our server, it takes us about 24 hours to return the documents to you. If there are some involved issues, it can take an extra day for us to review your case and contact you.

Overall, the entire process will take between 110-120 days from the date of filing. Although the mandatory 90 day waiting period must pass, the Court has to schedule an ex parte hearing and we have to present your paperwork to the Court.

The Court reviews these petitions with great scrutiny. If there is something the Court does not understand or requests clarity on, we will deal with this for you as part of the process and resubmit your documents. This may add a few days to the process.
